RED HEIFER MYSTERY CONNECTED TO THE GOLDEN CALF, ISRAEL, & THE TRIBULATION!

Most people miss the fact that the Red Heifer Mystery is connected to the Golden Calf incident, which is also the very first sacrifice the Children of Israel make while Moses, Aaron, Joshua, and the 70 Elders are on Mt. Sinai (Exodus 24 & 32), is not a lamb or a goat…it’s a Golden (Red) Cow (Heifer).

So, if you were to ask what animal symbolizes Israel the most…many might say a lion (Lion of the tribe of Judah) or a lamb (Passover lamb). But, in reality, the first time that they collectively chose an animal of their own volition for worship, it was neither of those creatures…it was a Golden Calf (Red Heifer).

Exodus 32:1, And when the people saw that Moses delayed to come down out of the mount, the people gathered themselves together unto Aaron, and said unto him, Up, make us gods, which shall go before us; for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him…4 And he received them at their hand, and fashioned it with a graving tool, after he had made it a molten calf: and they said, These be thy gods, O Israel, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.

Just like the Red Heifer procedure was used for cleansing Israel from sin and uncleanness…this Golden Calf sacrifice was initiated collectively by and for the Children of Israel.

Numbers 19:1, And the Lord spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying, 2 This is the ordinance of the law which the Lord hath commanded, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, that they bring thee a red heifer without spot, wherein is no blemish, and upon which never came yoke: 3 And ye shall give her unto Eleazar the priest, that he may bring her forth without the camp, and one shall slay her before his face: 4 And Eleazar the priest shall take of her blood with his finger, and sprinkle of her blood directly before the tabernacle of the congregation seven times: 5 And one shall burn the heifer in his sight; her skin, and her flesh, and her blood, with her dung, shall he burn: 6 And the priest shall take cedar wood, and hyssop, and scarlet, and cast it into the midst of the burning of the heifer. 7 Then the priest shall wash his clothes, and he shall bathe his flesh in water, and afterward he shall come into the camp, and the priest shall be unclean until the even… 17 And for an unclean person they shall take of the ashes of the burnt heifer of purification for sin, and running water shall be put thereto in a vessel:

Notice this heifer is brought by the whole congregation of Israel. It is tied to and represents the whole assembly. The whole heifer is burnt to ashes and combined with living water for the unclean (sinful) person to immerse in.

Notice how this ties to the sin of the Golden Calf.

Exodus 32:5, 5 And when Aaron saw it, he built an altar before it; and Aaron made proclamation, and said, To morrow is a feast to the Lord. 6 And they rose up early on the morrow, and offered burnt offerings, and brought peace offerings; and the people sat down to eat and to drink, and rose up to play. 7 And the Lord said unto Moses, Go, get thee down; for thy people, which thou broughtest out of the land of Egypt, have corrupted themselves: 8 They have turned aside quickly out of the way which I commanded them: they have made them a molten calf, and have worshipped it, and have sacrificed thereunto, and said, These be thy gods, O Israel, which have brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.

The outcome is very similar to what happens to the Red Heifer. 

Exodus 32:19, And it came to pass, as soon as he came nigh unto the camp, that he saw the calf, and the dancing: and Moses’ anger waxed hot, and he cast the tables out of his hands, and brake them beneath the mount. 20 And he took the calf which they had made, and burnt it in the fire, and ground it to powder, and strawed it upon the water, and made the children of Israel drink of it.

Notice Moses takes the Golden Calf and burns it with fire, just like the Red Heifer… then grinds it to powder and makes the Children of Israel become one with it by mixing it with water and forcing them to drink it. The Red Heifer is also burnt with fire and turned to powder (ash) and mixed with water, and they are forced to become one with it by immersing in it (Mikvah/Baptism).

Most prophecy teachers get confused by the imagery of the Red Heifer sacrifice and its symbols of the Red Cloth, Hyssop, and the Cedar that is thrown in with the burning of the Red Heifer. They frequently mistake the Red Heifer as a symbol of the Messiah being crucified for our sins. On the contrary, the Messiah is not a female cow in any biblical symbolism. The Passover animal is a male sheep or a goat (Exodus 12:5). 

They typically leap to this conclusion exclaiming, “look…it is burnt outside the camp just like Jesus was crucified outside the camp…”. This has led to centuries of prophecy confusion. 

What are they missing? The one that the Messiah is redeeming must be met outside the camp. Why? Because they are unclean and cannot enter the camp without immersing in the living waters of the Red Heifer. Yes, the Messiah is pictured in the Red Cloth, the Hyssop, and the Cedar. Those are His symbols. 

They are made one with the one who is unclean (Israel under sin), who can only be met and cleansed outside the camp. The ones needing to be cleansed and redeemed are symbolized by the Red Heifer. So, no, the Red Heifer is not the Messiah or Jesus Christ (Yeshua). 

The Red Heifer is the last sacrifice instructions provided by Moses in the Torah… just as the Golden Calf was the first sacrifice made by Israel when Moses and the 70 elders delayed coming down from the mountain for 40 days.  This was to be their wedding with Yehova. Instead of waiting patiently…they joined with idolatry and pagan gods and committed adultery.

Numbers 5:12, Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, If any man’s wife go aside, and commit a trespass against him… And the priest shall bring her near, and set her before the Lord: 17 And the priest shall take holy water in an earthen vessel; and of the dust that is in the floor of the tabernacle the priest shall take, and put it into the water: 18 And the priest shall set the woman before the Lord, and uncover the woman’s head, and put the offering of memorial in her hands, which is the jealousy offering: and the priest shall have in his hand the bitter water that causeth the curse: 19 And the priest shall charge her by an oath, and say unto the woman, If no man have lain with thee, and if thou hast not gone aside to uncleanness with another instead of thy husband, be thou free from this bitter water that causeth the curse: 20 But if thou hast gone aside to another instead of thy husband, and if thou be defiled, and some man have lain with thee beside thine husband: 21 Then the priest shall charge the woman with an oath of cursing, and the priest shall say unto the woman, The Lord make thee a curse and an oath among thy people, when the Lord doth make thy thigh to rot, and thy belly to swell; 22 And this water that causeth the curse shall go into thy bowels, to make thy belly to swell, and thy thigh to rot: And the woman shall say, Amen, amen. 23 And the priest shall write these curses in a book, and he shall blot them out with the bitter water: 24 And he shall cause the woman to drink the bitter water that causeth the curse: and the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her, and become bitter. 25 Then the priest shall take the jealousy offering out of the woman’s hand, and shall wave the offering before the Lord, and offer it upon the altar: 26 And the priest shall take an handful of the offering, even the memorial thereof, and burn it upon the altar, and afterward shall cause the woman to drink the water. 27 And when he hath made her to drink the water, then it shall come to pass, that, if she be defiled, and have done trespass against her husband, that the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her, and become bitter, and her belly shall swell, and her thigh shall rot: and the woman shall be a curse among her people. 28 And if the woman be not defiled, but be clean; then she shall be free, and shall conceive seed.

The Golden Calf was burnt and ground down for the people to drink… just like the adulterous woman is forced to fulfill the same imagery. They both consume a curse and their guilt manifests according to their choices.

You see a replay of this event with the Leaders of Israel in John 8 with the woman, brought by the Pharisees (Levites), caught in adultery. Yeshua goes so far as to associate her sin with them individually.

John 8: 7, So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.

He is telling them their sin is the same as her sin. What does Yeshua do with her since the Pharisees were going to him for judgment, much like they would for the Administrator of the Torah of Moses? How does He deal with her? With abundant grace and mercy as is foretold of His administration of the Torah in Exodus 34.

They became one with the Golden (Red) Calf (Heifer) and became unclean just like the adulterous woman brought in judgment by her husband. Their sin placed them all outside the camp needing a redeemer. The same animal imagery had to be used as Israel is one with the Golden Calf. It had to be burned to ashes and combined with the Messiah. An Idol is replaced with the real Image of God.

2 Corinthians 4:4, In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

What is the difference between the Golden Calf and Yeshua the Messiah? The Golden Calf is a dead idol. Yeshua is the Image of God, Resurrection Life. Everyone must move from death to life. Why? God is life. Idols are not alive, they are dead.

Romans 6:4, Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

This is a nice picture of the Covenant of Death they were under. The whole First Generation of Israel that left Egypt died in the wilderness… save Joshua and Caleb… the messengers of faith.  Moses was the Administrator of the Torah of Sin and Death… he could not ascend in resurrection life to the promised land. The Old Covenant as a whole leads to death… but is then resurrected and written in our hearts by the “Prophet Like Unto Moses”.

Deuteronomy 18:15, The Lord thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken;

This is Yeshua the Messiah, the Administrator of the Resurrected Torah. Just as Jesus said… He did not come to do away with the Law.

Matthew 5:17, Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.

Many Christian teachers mistakenly say that He kept the law so you don’t have to. They are wrong! Yeshua is doing for us what Moses did for Israel. According to their choice, Moses made them one with the Golden Calf… prophesizing that Israel would be idolatrous. 

Moses then prophesized of that unclean Golden Calf being purified with fire in the end-time, and the people need to be met outside the camp and cleansed by the Messiah so they can become one with His perfect Law. He saved us from the curse of the law… not the actual law… the curse of sin and death. 

Essentially Israel and all of mankind are the unclean one needing to be redeemed and met outside the camp by the redeemer… Yeshua the Messiah. Both cows are selected and brought forward in sacrifice by the whole assembly of Israel… in deed representing that whole assembly of people. The cows represent those needing to be redeemed… not the one redeeming (hyssop, red cloth, and cedar-the Messiah).

Galatians 3: 13, Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

Romans 8:2, For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

Now most people just jump straight to, “we don’t have to do the Law of Moses”. Notice Jesus (Yeshua) made us free from the penalty… notthe actual law. How do we know this? God has shown us over and over in nature and the scriptures the pattern of seed and manifestation (fruit)… death and resurrection. 

Moses was the administrator of the first part of the fractal of seed, death, and sin. The Law was not done away. The Law received a new High Priest, the Administrator of a Resurrected Torah (covenant).

2 Corinthians 3:3, Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart. 4 And such trust have we through Christ to God-ward: 5 Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God; 6 Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life. 7 But if the ministration of death, written and engraven in stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not stedfastly behold the face of Moses for the glory of his countenance; which glory was to be done away: 8 How shall not the ministration of the spirit be rather glorious? 9 For if the ministration of condemnation be glory, much more doth the ministration of righteousness exceed in glory. 10 For even that which was made glorious had no glory in this respect, by reason of the glory that excelleth. 11 For if that which is done away was glorious, much more that which remaineth is glorious.

Notice the Law of Moses is NOT done away! It is dead and resurrected… just like Christ. It’s no longer on stones… it is on our hearts. There are two administrations of the Torah… just like the fractal of seed and manifestation (fruit)… death (Moses) and resurrection (Yeshua)…. exile (Israel under sin and all Gentiles-the nations) and return (Redeemed Commonwealth of Israel).

How do you return as exiled Israel (sinful Israel) or as Gentile Nations? Leave the old administration of sin and death through faith in the High Priest of Resurrection Life… the new Administrator of the Resurrected Torah (in your hearts).

Just as you have two cows… one a Golden Calf and the other symbolic of those under sin exiled from the camp where God resides… you have two Administrations of the Written Torah… one under sin and death (written on stone) and one under resurrection life (spirit). 

You also have two administrators according to their state. Moses… under death… Yeshua under resurrection life. 

You still have the same Torah though. Jews that think they have nothing to do and continue under the Administration of Sin and Death of the Torah… are still under sin and death and must accept the Messiah Yeshua… a Written Torah Observant Messiah. 

Those Gentiles (most of us) who think they can ignore the Law of Moses because they have accepted a lawless Resurrected Messiah… should actually start reading the Bible and discover Yeshua kept the Written Torah of Moses, keeps the Written Torah of Moses…. and currently is the Administrator of the Resurrected Administration of the Written Torah of Moses.

Why is this important now? The Golden Calf event and the Red Heifer sacrifice are tied to the 7-year Tribulation. I did not go into all the details of when the unclean is to immerse in the living waters of the Red Heifer and how long to wait… but there are very clear ties between these events, the Golden Calf, and the appearance of the False Prophet (Antichrist) in the Middle of the Tribulation at the Abomination of Desolation and becoming one with his Mark of the Beast.

Revelation 13:16,  And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: 17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. 18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

Just remember this: the Golden Calf and the Red Heifer are purged with fire. 

Jeremiah 30:7, Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble, but he shall be saved out of it. 8 For it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and will burst thy bonds, and strangers shall no more serve themselves of him: 9 But they shall serve the Lord their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them. 10 Therefore fear thou not, O my servant Jacob, saith the Lord; neither be dismayed, O Israel: for, lo, I will save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and shall be in rest, and be quiet, and none shall make him afraid. 11 For I am with thee, saith the Lord, to save thee: though I make a full end of all nations whither I have scattered thee, yet I will not make a full end of thee: but I will correct thee in measure, and will not leave thee altogether unpunished.

I hope you are seeing the connections here between exiled Israel and the two cows. The cow having a yoke that is broken off her neck is contrasted with the Red Heifer who has never born a burden or been yoked. The exiled seed (picture of death) of Israel is being freed from the Nations of exile and returning to the Promised Land (resurrection life). Even Paul the Apostle talks about this event.

Revelation 11:15, For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?

How can Israel be regathered and welcomed back? They need to acknowledge the Administrator of the Resurrected Torah of Moses: Yesua the Messiah. He is not the lawless one portrayed by pagan Christianity…. under Grace and doing whatever we want. 

They rightfully refuse to acknowledge that fake messiah. But if they opened their own Torah and the New Testament, they and you will find that Yeshua (Jesus Christ) followed (follows) the Written Law of Moses and instructs all those who follow Him to do the same. 

Pertaining to sacrifices, what will occur to Israel if they complete the Red Heifer sacrifice but willfully deny the symbols of the Messiah Yeshua (Hyssop, Red Cloth, and Cedar)?  That may very well start the time of Jacob’s Trouble, the 7-year Tribulation.

This may be why the Red Heifer instructions are Moses’ last directions given in the Torah related to sacrifices.

The events in the Torah right after the Red Heifer instructions show Moses striking the rock and being penalized by God for doing so. He is told he may not ascend to the Promised Land. He is fully a picture of the Administration of Death. 

Another Administrator of the Law of Moses had to be anointed to picture bringing the people out of the Wilderness of Exile to ascend in resurrection life (Administration of the Spirit over the same Law… no longer the Law of Moses… now the Law of Christ).

I’d suggest you read Exodus 34 – you will see the two administrations of the Torah and you will also see Moses worshipping the Name of Yehova (YHWH) as He is presented as the Administrator of Grace and Abundant Mercy who will go before His people. Moses urges God… this “one” should go before His people. 

Exodus 34:5, And the Lord descended in the cloud, and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name of the Lord. 6 And the Lord passed by before him, and proclaimed, The Lord, The Lord God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth, 7 Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children’s children, unto the third and to the fourth generation. 8 And Moses made haste, and bowed his head toward the earth, and worshipped. 9 And he said, If now I have found grace in thy sight, O Lord, let my Lord, I pray thee, go among us; for it is a stiffnecked people; and pardon our iniquity and our sin, and take us for thine inheritance. 10 And he said, Behold, I make a covenant: before all thy people I will do marvels, such as have not been done in all the earth, nor in any nation: and all the people among which thou art shall see the work of the Lord: for it is a terrible thing that I will do with thee.

God is literally manifesting the Name of the Lord (Yehova), the Messiah Yeshua the Administrator of Grace and Mercy to Moses…. and Moses bows and worships Him. What does that mean for Israel and the Priesthood of Levi?  Are they destroyed?

Malachi 3:3,  And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the Lord an offering in righteousness.

No, they are not destroyed… but like the Red Heifer they are purified with fire.
